Mash and Liquor Heaters
The mash heater is specified for 240 volts, however, 120 volts is applied to reduce heat and thereby scorching. Heater output is modulated directly from the controller.
Liquor Heater
The liquor heater is inserted directly in the liquor tank. As quick heating is not a requirement, gains may be more conservative thereby reducing overshoot. Heater output is modulated directly from the controller.
