Mash and Liquor Temperature Sensors

Thermistors are used to monitor both pump discharge (mash) temperature and liquor tank temperature.  While thermistors are inherently nonlinear, they are more responsive than RTD’s and thermocouples and nonlinearity is addressed by the controller.
